The Right to Breathe

Deep inhale. Exhale in twice the time.

Every need can be dissolved for you to experience presence, in a present that changes while remaining as is. Every desire can be replaced by your new ability to laugh along the tragedy of life, the moment, a breath. Every laughter may resemble joy and hope, those bittersweet visitors arriving whenever they remember you exist or sense that you are running out of breaths seized by pain. Every pain might remind you that without it, there would be nothing for you to think or feel, and you’re addicted to proof of existence, come clean! Not to me, for your own self.

Your self is the answer to everything. It is both the response and the question, both pain and hope’ it is made of laughter and hurt. One breath` both the present and presence, both here and there.

It is the what-
your something.

To be savored in the now.
