The Magic
When the black cat breaks a mirror,
the witch lights a candle to the moon.
When you say a word at the same time with another,
the witch whispers your name.
When you leave scissors open,
the witch cuts through the lies.
When you spill salt,
the witch sweeps your troubles away.
When an umbrella opens inside,
the witch is looking for wisdom drops.
When you enter one door and exit another,
the witch is requesting a rebound.
When a picture falls off the wall,
the witch is speaking her mind.
When three candles get lit from one light,
the witch makes a wish and blows them all out.
When crows appear in the sky,
the witch is standing her ground.
When the past is haunting your present,
the witch provides a haven for you to face your fears.
When your disguise tricks almost every one,
the witch treats your true colors with respect.
When the full moon falls on a Friday,
the witch aligns with her self.
That which appears as magick often disappears as tough luck.
