The Occurrence Field
Countless people have passed by me. Each and every one of them carries a reality different than mine. Thereby, life is not what each of us carries. Life is the space that connects all of us. Life is our in between. The way in which realities, assumptions and beliefs, interact. The place where they all coexist. What happens to me then is not life. Life is the possibility of it ever happening. It's the occurrence field. Actions and reactions are not life itself, but a quality status I ascribe to it. I -along with the countless realities that have just passed me by. If we stay still, silent and present for a little while, I am convinced that we will sense that particular field. The space in which everything happens. Life. Not as something which is separate from us, but rather that which allows us to exist. As much in its hurry as in its peace, life continues to flow, regardless of me paying attention.
